Unseen Trolley Passengers

These people are citizens of the Neighborhood Of Make Believe. They are never seen/mentioned, but we can assume they exist because in every Episode Intro, the Neighborhood Trolley is seen passing through the Neighborhood. It is likely that what the Trolley is doing is carrying passengers, but this has not yet been confirmed.
